I ordered a pair of slippers for my father for Christmas almost three weeks ago. I was told the order would be with me in 2-3 days and after three weeks without hearing from them, I called them to be told there was a problem with my order; they had to cancel it and reorder it on my behalf and that it would now not be with me until January. Not once, was I contacted to be told there was a problem with my order and that it would not be with me in time for Christmas. When I phoned and was told this by their Customer Service team, I didn't receive an apology or a reason as to why my product would not be with me for Christmas. To say their Customer Service team is disappointing is a total understatement and I will never order from them again!
