My husband bought a pair of Hotter shoes last year, left them in the box in the bottom of the wardrobe, got them out this year and after ONE wear the soles disintegrated!
We paid cash and have no record of purchase. Hotter do not have an e mail address that is visible so i can not send these photos to them.
I have checked online and there are numerous people that have the same problem.( see a selection below)
I am still waiting for Hotter to get back to me on this matter.
COME ON HOTTER, you have a reputation to protect.
