Ordered online and the site would not accept payment and Hotter blamed my bank. My bank confirmed they approved the transactions spent over 2 hours on calls with them over a few days. Tried a second order a week later and all confirmed only to get an email to say one item is out of stock. Called and asked if they could trace one at a store and I could collect from my local store but was told they do not do that. Overall appalling customer service. Pity as the shoes are quite good.
