Ordering either on line or in the Chester store is quick and efficient. Last week I ordered shoes on line and they arrived promptly. I was not sure if a half size up would gave been better. I rang Chester store and said I was reluctant to order another pair whilst hanging on to the first pair for comparison because I did not want two payments out if my account. The store were great, saying they would order the larger pair, let me know when they were in and then I could visit the store with my online pair and try both for fit. Great Customer Service.
