Ordered two pairs of shoes for forthcoming trip involving a lot of walking. Rang up to find out why they had not arrived, and advised of a computer problem in their warehouse. Why could they have not emailed their customers to inform them of this problem and delay??? However told they would make mine a priority..despatch.......well that is a joke, still not arrived. Hotter do not care about customer relations, they would not even send them out priority mail as a gesture of good will. . Still waiting on the shoes... wonder when they will arrive. They are. not a good company to use, and will not again.
