Customer services went out of their way to help me. They recognised my needs and tried to locate the most suitable pair of shoes to accomodate my requirements.
They operate a policy where one can get replacements and so I was able to try different styles until the correct one for me was reached.
The end result was a good fit and I hope will last me a little while.
