I've bought three pair online, two ankle boots and one higher boots. They are incredibly comfortable and beautiful. I know I talked to customer service about one order and I had no difficulties. I looked up reviews because i want to buy a sandal for a trip involving a lot of walking. I am stunned reading about nightmare interactions and disintegrating material. I still don't know how Hotter sandals hold up!
