I would give zero stars if possible!
Bought some lovely sandals from the Gretna green outlet in Scotland. The elastic on the trip of the shoes was intact, but when I got them home to Australia, I could not wear them as the elastic had somehow come out.
Contacted hotter and they are denying any responsibility as they were seconds. My shoes are a complete waste of money as I have never worn them.
