First order was fine and persuaded me to order another design for my wife.New order was based on my wife's requirement for extra extra wide fit.Shoes that arrived were fine but the straps too short for extra extra wide fit so no good..Item returned Hotter suggesting that
Return postage would be subtracted from refund i.e. around £2.50 in fact we paid or lost £9.
What a cowboy outfit, beware!!!
