Ordered a pair of hotter shoes online tempted by their “no hassle returns” so extremely disappointed when received my refund, obviously minus my £2.95 delivery charge, but, ALSO MINUS A FURTHER £2.50 return charge. So although they actually provide the return label in the parcel, UNLESS YOU READ THE SMALL PRINT, you will be charged an additional £2.50 if requesting a refund. VERY MISLEADING HOTTER.
Avoid at all costs. COST ME £5.45 to find out their sizing.
