Nothing has gone with previously owned shies say up to three years ago. They are now too expensive even the sale prices. I won’t pay £59-60 fir a pair of shies in a sale. Reviews are becoming poor. Quality not as good as in the past. Why are you always having sales speaks for itself, you are not shifting the goods.
You offer too many slightly different styles. But quality and a smaller range with cheaper prices would bring this customer back.
