Ordered a pair of boots in December they couldn't be despatched until 6th January. There was a problem with the PayPal request . Hotter emailed my work email address. I did not pick up email until 8.1.20. So I called them straight away with my card to pay. I was informed that because of the delay over the new year period that my long awaited boots had been sold to someone else. The new despatch date would be 27.1.20 while I am away on holiday without my new boots that I wanted to take with me. I person on the phone couldn't give a toss about it. I think I might get footwear elsewhere even if I have to pay more.
