I am so annoyed that Hotter state free delivery as if you return items they deduct DELIVERY and returns from your refund.
I did e-mail them rather than write a review but I am sure a robot replied. Look at bad reviews that state either phone or e-mail them rather than replying online. I will not be buying from Hotter again.
I only returned these boots as they did not fit!
