I spoke with a very unpleasant Beverly. I asked for a status on my 4 prs of shoes. One was sitting in Mexico the other 3prs were not even in the shipping mode yet😤
It took 8 phone calls before this person picked up. I emailed 3 times no response. My first time as a customer. She told me I would have a email within 48 hrs. I will keep you posted. I bought during the buy one get one free event. I asked her if I would be charged full price if another pair didn't shop she said wait and see. 😲
