I have been trying to return a pair of faulty shoes for several weeks. Various emails and yesterday was asked to stay in between 8am and 8 pm as they would now be collected.
Brilliant I thought. However once again disappointed with the lack of service as no courier arrived.
These shoes cost almost 100 pounds. Very disappointed
