Well, I returned a pair of sandals as they didn't fit, that was 31st July 2020. I returned them to a Hermes drop off store, have a receipt, and tracking still says we have your parcel and its on its way back to Hotter. Really?
I have sent several emails, no response at all.
I have been a customer for several years now, That's it I'm afraid.
