I fell for the buy one get one promotion that apparently was
just a scam. The first pair took over a month, and I figured that
was due to the virus and shipping. I called customer service and
she said "hm, we only shipped one pair." weeks later I got an email saying they were no longer producing the second one. After several years and many good pairs of Hotter shoes I won't
buy from a company that is not reliable or does false advertising.
