Absolute disgrace
Absolute disgrace. Never buy from this company. I placed an order on 19th November. It was to be a Christmas present. I’ve been chasing them about this order for weeks. They informed that the item was in the warehouse, was being checked & was about to be dispatched. On the evening of 21st December they emailed me to say the item is not in stock and they cannot fulfil my order! They even had the nerve to ask me to be understanding! What a cheek! I now have to go shopping on 22nd December when I’m living in a Tier 4 lockdown. Outrageous!
