Becoming more and MORE dissatisfied with HOB. Colours of the Cheltenham Coat in particular are completely different to online and catalogue. Returned three coats, do I have energy for fourth time lucky? I guess the fourth will go back also, even though a different style, colour etc. Just received two pairs of the tall leather boots. Zip so stiff and hardly budges. Why???????????
