I bought my wife a Jumper from this company it turned out to be too small, so I sent it back, 10 days after the Post Office says that they have received it it is still not on the system as being received.
The Service department (a misnomer) seems not to be particularly bothered saying it can take up to 14 days to be logged onto their system. They will not give out any information as to how this system can be hurried up.
