I sent trousers back and asked for an exchange because I had ordered the wrong size. After I had posted them, I realized, that as I was going away for 2 weeks, the replacement trousers would be delivered whilst I was away. I phoned the House of Bruar and a charming gentleman assured me that customer services would be in touch. True to his word, I was phoned and the trousers arrived within 3 days and 3 days before my departure. I am very grateful to Customer Services for their prompt and efficient service and as usual, the quality of the trousers is excellent. Thank you House of Bruar.
