Incredibly disappointed with.
Not only did they fail to contact me to say that the item I paid for was out of stock, when I chased them, I was not even offered an apology and treated brusquely on the phone. No help offered to rectify their mistake.
Everyone makes mistakes, but it’s how you handle them and rectify them that matters.
