Housing 21 are bullies. No doubt that I shall receive another hate mail from them, in a way of fake rent arrears
So pleased that my case is still opened with the Housing Ombudsmen , since Aug 2022
Their polices are non existent .
They favour the bigger players who pay more in rent and have lived here for 10yrs +
