5 *****'s for Lorenzo in Nissan branch weston super mare he was so kind after our kia proceed had to brought back on a tow truck from Lyneham and l had too leave key at Nissan as kia was closed he saw how stressed l was and straight away offered a cup of tea. So nice to have a lovely young man being so kind after having a very stressful 8hrs waiting to get home from holiday with a broken down car. Hes a Credit to your company.
