I have ordered an expensive business laptop on 16.11.2020 , they ensured me that it will be delivered on 18.11.2020, called on 18th afternoon after receiving no updates from them and they say they have some technical difficulties but they will send my order on 19th. On 19th a person answers and says there are no updates and no chances to arrive and gives me no etr.
They are awful and I am thinking to get my money back and prepare for a lawsuit.
