A disgraceful company!
1. They send out faulty cartridges.
2. They say it will take 10 days to send out new ones - unacceptable I have invoices to print and send out now.
3. The excuse given for 10 days was "due to Covid" - How utterly contemptuous of a company to use Covid, which has killed so many thousands of people, to excuse their pitiful performance.
4. I am told I will receive a call back in 1 hour - just another lie of course.
4. Take a look at their Facebook page - hundreds of complaints all being ignored!
