Purchasing the product online (No problem). Delivering the product to me (No problem). Collecting the products to go back because I was dissatified with their functions (No problem). Refunding my money (MAJOR!MAJOR!MAJOR! PROBLEM. The return and refund policy states that a refund is to be made 7 working days after the collection of the products. THIS IS NOT WHAT HAPPENED. In fact I am still waiting for a refund despite my collection being nearly a MONTH AGO. The post sales team (depending on who views my email) ignored me. The responses I get (if they bother to respond) are repetitive and useless. You cannot tell me my refund is in "Progress" if there's nothing PROGRESSING ABOUT IT. I am disappointed and fed up. A huge company like this....failing at customer care .......failing the customers who give you profit? SHAME!!!!!!
