I have just bought a printer and laptop, both from John Lewis and both on different days, tried to claim the cash back have been told for reasons which I don't accept that I cant claim either!
the first because it was bought at the wrong time, although it had the cash back advert on it, the second as it was outside the claim window.
This is a total scam and I will not buy HP again.
