If I were to give negative stars I probably would give 5 negative stars... thats how horrible their service is.
There service protocols are horrendous and so complicated that you would rather throw the laptop away that get it serviced.
Really pathetic and unprofessional way of supporting customer needs.
Will never buy an hp laptop again... disgusting service
