Diabolical customer service
Diabolical customer service - it’s impossible to reach customer services, I’ve had zero help with my problem! I’m left with no ink after their instant ink scheme stopped working. Bought a new cartridge - printer won’t let me use it. Now I’m sitting with a totally useless £80 printer. Avoid at all costs.
