Absolutely the WORST Customer Service in the printer industry.
They put Instant Ink cartridges in all of their printers and then shut off your printing unless you renew.
I've been on the chat with them for 4 hours with no resolution.
We are throwing this printer in the dumpster and buying a Canon that has easy set up and Excellent customer service.
