I called the HP sale support phone line on Nov 11/ 2022 @ 1050 am mountain time, to verify my order. I was very impressed with the agent Joseph llorin : he is not only able to verify and settle the duplicated orders ,but also his energetic voice and great customer service manner are super outstanding. From now on , I will only order my computer directly from HP website because of this great customer support.
