Worst customer service I have ever seen
Worst customer service ever. Cancelled an order within two hours of being placed due to misleading prices (beware if you use your nhs blue light discount, you could pay more than someone without a discount code!). Cancelled online, emailed them, laptop sent to me anyway. Tried to ask for a return, HP ignored all my emails. They don’t answer the phone either. Had to finally use Twitter to get a response. It took three weeks in total to get a refund. Two weeks I was chasing them to get return labels. Appalling customer service. I will stop everyone I know from buying from this people. Never again!
