I had purchased an hp laptop
Which was faulty need it for my business immediately they gave me generous upgrades went thru numerous laptops but had to return finally they gave me a refund for the full price of the original laptop I love hp products so I took one more chance with a hp laptop & had no more problems thanks to an escalation manger named Millie who helped me greatly she went over & beyond for me with her customer service I can't thank her enough hp stands behind their products 100 percent
