I ordered a laptop from hp’s website over a month ago, and it still hasn’t shipped. I tried contacting customer service many times, but they were rude and didn’t help at all. It felt like they were trained to ignore problems instead of fixing them.
I expected better from a big company like hp, but this was a huge disappointment. If you’re thinking about buying from them—don’t. Save your time and money and shop somewhere else.
