I ordered a £2000 system .
The order was processed twice (Two different dates for two slightly differing amounts- they couldn't even get that right ) so it meant the funds were removed from my bank account twice and wasn't returned for five days. HP admitted their mistake but not interested in compensation for loss of use of funds for my business. Very poor indeed- Buy from someone else. Not only this the box looked like it had been thrown around and the box had a damaged corner.
