How does this awful company continue to trade??Purchased an HP Pavillion laptop in December 2019. Had one issue a few months later that I had dealt with. Recently the bezel and hinges were coming away from the screen. I spoke to a local computer engineer who said this is a common problem with HP Pavilions due to poor, cheap construction and will be covered under the warranty. Spoke to a very rude 'customer relations advisor' who said HP would not cover this repair, but they would be willing to offer me a discounted repair charge of £177!! This damage simply occured from opening and closing my laptop in the normal course of events.
I would seriously advise anyone thinking about buying an HP laptop to look at other brands.
