Extremely bad customer service experience.
Been ringing for an issue raised in September 2020.
I wad told it would be sorted by the 4th of December. Today is the 29th of January 2021.
Called the customer services 4 times today. After a hold of 35 minute, the call connected only to be put immediately on hold by the agent. The same happened online.
Very dissatisfied and disappointed
