Awful service.
Agents are absolutely terrible. They are unable to access transfer information and told me that the transfer could take 4 days to be sent, 4 days!
The agent also completely stopped responding and ended the conversation when I ask for further information on the reason behind their inability to access this information and the reason behind the long delay.
