New account - won't accept my username - MOBA sends me to 'forgotten username' link but after entering details next page then says 'system error'. Going back to MOBA just goes around in circles if you try to explain.
Help and support just goes to MOBA - how do I speak to a human?
Surely by closing most of the branches in Cornwall (and the UK I presume) the cost saving could pay to have 24 hour manned help service.
