I wish I could rate lower than 1 star!
I have spent ALL DAY trying to contact someone to make an appointment to open a BUSINESS USD foreign currency account, the shortest expecting wait was 25 minutes.
Then when I finally got through the earliest appointment I could get was in 2 weeks!
Word fail me at how absolutely awful HSBC have become!
