I have used HSBC online banking for YEARS - it was fine and easy to navigate - Been a while but logged back and faced with this useless new dashboard - Have LOST all my payees and cant get statements easily or back far enough - What overpaid 20's something and what equally idiotic Executive thought this was an "improved customer experience" It really is the pits.
HSBC, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND OFFER THE OLD PLATFORM - CALL IT "CLASSIC HSBC" if you need, but ditch this rubbish
