I am an advance customer of HSBC. I wanted use the phone insurance policy which I am paying it for years as an advance customer. Their Car phone warehouse phone insurance provider tried to give me refurbished phone. The service is extremely poorly. I have tried to speak to customer service of HSBC and the lady wasn't very helpful either. When getting the payments from our account they are perfect but in return they cannot provide the service which we deserve.
