6 phone calls and 5 hours later and I still can't get access to online banking. Cut off 4 times, each after more than 45 minutes on the call and the line quality is so appauling you can barely hear the poor sods in India in the customer service centre. Absolutely shambolic, if I could give 0 stars I would!
