They delivered to wrong address, neighbour told them to deliver here. Nothing happened, customer care not interested, computer says no as it was delivered, try looking in your front garden!
Absolutely dreadful. Do not use as if things go wrong, and human nature suggests they will from time to time, then you lise out.
