Food turned up 85 minutes late.
While waiting I contacted deliveroo via their app chat. They got back to me saying the restaurant was not answering the phone so they would email them, and get back to me in 72hours. Would not give me a refund.
Following the unhelpful app chat, I made other plans. When food finally arrived I threw it away as not required.
