A cancelled order, followed by a frustrating half hour trying to get someone to engage with. Then no help nor solution offered(no food substitution even though I was prepared to accept almost any other restaurant)and money back in 5 days time ! I happen to be broke, and practically begged for a substitute meal or an instant refund.... answer was just sorry no !
So you provided no service to me, just aggravation, and you took my last money for the wekend !
I’m hungry, I’m cross, and you couldnt care less !
