I am absolutely disappointed as I have just ordered at 7:45pm at Nha Trang. I have called around 8:45pm asking if there’s another rider that can pick up. However I got refused and said it’s already assigned.
So I wait & wait again and then til 9pm, it said the food had arrived. I have checked and it haven’t arrive so I called again. It was actually the rider didn’t pick up and not notify me. I was so hungry and ended up cook for myself. This is very ridiculous and it had happened several times already for the food come really late.
