I tried deliveroo for the first time, since I have been using other food delivery apps my expectations were similar
But it disappointed to a whole new level. There is no instant customer service, whatever change you want in the order, or to check the status you need to contact the restaurant. That I could have done by directly ordering through the restaurant, I won’t need you.
My order ran significantly late, and there was no one to address. First order and such pathetic experience, deleting the app right away!
