I was told by the restaurant on the phone that my order was cancelled. I placed a different order at a different restaurant. The customer service on the chat told me payment would be void, however, payment was taken and now Deliveroo refuses to return my money, even though I have a screenshot of them telling me that my payment was void.
They don't care about stealing your money.
Horrible service.
